Bob Bennion’s 22-year real estate career began with John L. Scott as a sales associate. His extensive professional training, high ethical standards, attention to detail, mastery of the region’s real estate market, and tenacious efforts led to his quick ascent to the top of his field.
In 1991, he was invited to join The Dover Group, a small boutique firm in Seattle specializing in luxury properties. While at The Dover Group, Bob took the necessary courses to obtain his Broker’s license to possess the highest level of education available in his field. His stay at The Dover Group made him known throughout the region for his listing and selling of premium homes.
Upon the sale of The Dover Group in 1998, he joined Windermere Real Estate Company, the market leader in the region. His tenure at Windermere, from 1998 to the present, has promoted his continued success in the luxury condominium and residential home market; year after year he consistently ranks as one of the top agents in the company.
Bob is currently the Treasurer for Forum XXII, the organization founded by his peers from several real estate companies to network monthly at the Broadmoor Club for the purpose of promoting luxury residential home listings. His invitation to this organization and appointment as Treasurer attest to his work ethic and commitment to honesty, integrity and professionalism. Bob is also currently a member of LuxuryHomes.com. Bob is an Executive Premier Director for Windermere Real Estate and sits on the committee that designs, executes and promotes the luxury home program for Windermere.

Licensed Assistant, Transaction Manager
Stacey has been working in real estate since 1993 and is also a Notary Public. As a Seattle Native, she has extensive knowledge of the Seattle and the Eastside areas and specializes in closing transactions. The major portion of Stacey’s work takes place once the contract to purchase is signed by both parties. Stacey will work closely with the lender, escrow officer, inspector and appraiser to make sure your transaction is kept on schedule and closes smoothly. Stacey’s skillful ability to troubleshoot and problem solve combined with her energy, commitment and dedication make her an important asset to Bennion & Deville.
Jennifer Van Wiel
Licensed Assistant, Buyer and Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer began working for the Bobs in 1998 while they were at The Dover Group, assisting in all aspects of listing and selling real estate. In 2006, she left Seattle for a few years to help her parents in New Mexico, during which time she obtained a New Mexico Broker’s License and sold real estate on her own. She is delighted to have returned to her real estate roots in Seattle and to once again be part of the Bennion and Deville team. Jennifer holds a Managing Broker’s license in Washington as well as a Broker’s License in New Mexico. Jennifer’s focus is working with our buyers to show them properties that meet their criteria and to help them craft offers for a successful purchase. She additionally coordinates the marketing of our listings, generating advertisements in numerous publications, promoting a strong online presence for our properties, and creating our property fliers and brochures. With both graduate and undergraduate degrees in communications, she is uniquely qualified to address the myriad needs of our clients and to oversee the marketing of our listings. She is known for her tenacious commitment to excellence in client care and bringing high energy and enthusiasm to every aspect of the real estate process. She will work tirelessly to help you find your next home and in the marketing of your existing one.
Licensed Assistant, Listing Coordinator
Lesly is the newest member of the Bennion & Deville team. She has taken on the responsibility of Licensed Listing Coordinator. She will work diligently with all Sellers once they contact the Two Bob’s and decide to list their home For Sale. Lesly will coordinate needed home preparation by scheduling vendors to repair, paint, furnish, clean and photograph your property. Once the home is placed on the market Lesly will help with Open Houses and showings then relay all feedback to the Seller. Lesly will contribute her passion for quality care and service until your home is sold.
